Has anyone seen the movie District 9 yet? I hear it's an amazing movie so far and judging from movie critic site, Rottentomatoes.com, an 88% rating is an excellent score (those familiar with the site know what I'm talking about). That said, I think the buzz has been strong enough and I should go see it this weekend.
The movie takes place in South Africa and was actually directed by South African born, Neill Blomkamp. Sci-fi movies with Aliens are not always the best, but in this case, I hear this movie takes a different direction and is really worth every dollar, pound, yen, franc or whatever currency that there is.
